Hotel La Palma, Oetker Hotels - Capri

Spotless and extremely convenient accom with prime and best possible location not far from the shops and restaurants, and Capri on a day trip. Excellant selection on breakfast items. Amazingly helpful, attentive stuff towards all guests.

My room had comfortable beds and frescoes. the location was prime, within walking distance from Capri Whales. 3. Had an exceptional stay to celebrate a wedding.

Beautiful hotel, very atmospheric with really nice staff. Breakfast very good (though hard to get a pot of tea!) and rooms extremely comfortable. Probably as we were on honeymoon, we received two chocolates on our bed each evening - lovely touch. Excellent location, right in the centre of Capri and beside the most delightful chocolate/gelato eatery.

It was the perfect stay.

The setting of hotel was stunning, to the island due to the storm. You can find La Pigna easy walk to the property to a have lunch...

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel La Palma Capri. the hotel is comfortable and pet-friendly with magnificent views. the location is perfect for exploring the island. the rooms are pleasantly decorated, stylish, and the bed is very comfy. the staff is attentive and provides great customer service. the food, especially the breakfast, is tasty and excellent.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Capri town. The hotel itself is well-decorated with design. The room is also really nice and spacious with a balcony. The staff is also very helpful and kind to us. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Capri!!! Ps. there is a nice cool bar in the hotel too if you dont have anything to do at night

The location is stunning, close to Capri and all the shops and restaurants. the outdoor restaurant was magical. - the breakfast was particularly nice with a wide assortment to choose from.

I loved everything about this Hotel.

The hotel had a great atmosphere. The staff was helpful and even helped us change our train schedule for the following day. The little details in the room and throughout the hotel gave it a special feel and we truly felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The breakfast was great and the terrace so pretty that it was a great start to the day. Location-wise: perfect! We would happily return here!

Honestly, there is nothing that we didn't like. It was all great.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was extremely convenient and spotless. Great views, incredible location very close to the main square. - the venue was next to all the shops and eating places. - It offered great service and tasty food too. - Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

Friendly service and helpful when I needed to change my reservation and particularly went the extra mile when we had left our passports in the room and already left the Island. Good decor and location although Capri is generally expensive for dining. Is much more a couples destination rather than younger family.

We had assumed that the Hotel had a pool, which our daughter was looking forward to, and this is not the case - there is little for 'young' (7yr olds) to do at the Hotel and on the Island in general, although they were happy to alter the reservation when we explained this.

Staff in bar/restaurant could do with a bit of a nudge, ended up walking out of the bar one night due to not getting served & they weren't busy, just stood around talking.

Centrally placed in Capri, the hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of all the action. It is just a short walk from the main square where the cable car drops you off, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is professional and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the lack of some amenities. The hotel does not have a pool or outdoor seating areas, limiting options for relaxation and enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings.

Fabulous hotel, great position, lovely sevice. I would recommend it to anyone, we will definitely return one day.
